Senior Services provides medical assistance transportation throughout the 4th Planning District. The program is much like a taxi service. We will pick you up at your home and take you to your doctor’s appointment. This is a NON-EMERGENCY Service. The Agency does accept Medicaid as a payment source. If you have Medicaid, please call Logisticare at 1-866-386-8331. Please ask them to use NRV Senior Services for your transportation. Special arrangements may be made for treatment such as dialysis, cancer treatments, or other illness, which requires a set schedule for treatments.
