Senior Services provides homebound meals to over 600 persons a year. These meals are served to the client at home Monday through Friday around noontime. For clients who live off the routes, bag lunches are provided which include shelf stable items or frozen meals. All meals meet the1/3 RD regulations.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
All potential clients are screened by the Agency on Aging. Their contact numbers are at the top of the page. You must be 60 years of age or disabled. You must be homebound and unable to prepare nutritious meals due to a physician or mental condition.
A sliding scale is used to determine the cost, if any, for the meal.
